Privacy policy
This website has one form, Google's analytics and advertising tags, and a call-tracking phone number. This page explains what each of them collects and what happens to anything you send us.

The short version
Anything you type into the contact form is used to answer you, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, trade it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. Separately, the site runs Google Analytics and Google Ads tags and a call-tracking service, which set cookies and report your visit to those providers so that we can see how people find us and which advertising works. Nothing from the form is joined to any of that.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form:
- Your name — so we know who we are replying to
- Your phone number — so we can call about measuring
- Your email address — so we can reply in writing
- The service you selected — so the right person picks it up
- Anything you typed in the message box — so we can answer it
There are no accounts, no logins and no newsletter sign-up, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website. Browsing the pages gives us nothing you have typed, but it is not invisible: the tags described under Cookies and tracking below record which pages were viewed, how the visit began, and the kind of device and browser used.
What we do with it
A form submission becomes an email to our own staff. We read it, and we reply by phone or email about your enquiry. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use what you tell us to advertise to you anywhere else.
The email is delivered by Resend, an email service that handles the sending on our behalf. Your message passes through their systems to reach our inbox. We do not send what you wrote to any other company, and none of it goes to Google or to the call-tracking service.
Cookies and tracking
The site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn runs three things:
- Google Analytics — counts visits and page views and records how each visit began (a search, an ad, a link, a typed address), together with the type of device and browser. It sets the cookies
_gaand_ga_0R4S8QPMN1, which last up to two years and exist to tell a returning browser from a new one. Google states that this version of Analytics does not store IP addresses. - Google Ads — records when a visit that began with one of our advertisements leads to an enquiry or a call, so that we know which advertising is worth paying for. It sets the cookie
_gcl_au, which lasts three months. Google may also use this to show you our advertisements on other sites it serves ads to; you can turn that off at adssettings.google.com. - Call tracking, provided by My Marketing Reports. Depending on how you arrived at the site, the phone number shown on the page may be a tracking number rather than our main line. Calls to a tracking number reach us as normal, but the service logs the number you called from, the time and the length of the call, so that the call can be matched to the advertising that produced it. Calls to a tracking number may be recorded. If you would rather not be part of that, our main number is 800-564-7767.
Cloudflare, our host, also gives us Web Analytics: aggregate page-view counts that set no cookies and hold no individual identifiers.
What Google does with the analytics and advertising data is governed by Google's privacy policy. Blocking cookies in your browser, or using Google's opt-out add-on, stops the analytics and advertising tags entirely, and the site works exactly the same without them.
The fonts and images are served from this site rather than from an outside provider. The tags above are the only requests a page makes to anyone else.
Server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, their servers keep routine technical records of requests — including IP addresses — to deliver pages and to protect the site from attacks and abuse. We do not use those records to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine them with anything from the contact form.
Spam controls on the form
The contact form carries a hidden field that people never see and automated scripts tend to fill in, and it notes how long the page was open before submission. Both exist only to tell a person apart from a bot. Neither is stored, and neither is used to identify you.
The form also runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that usually completes on its own without asking you to do anything. It loads from challenges.cloudflare.com and looks at how the browser behaves during the check, not at who you are; what it collects for that purpose is described inCloudflare's privacy policy. It runs only on the pages with a form.
Links to other sites
Our footer links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, and our reviews page links to our Google listing. Those are other companies' websites, and once you are there, their privacy policies apply rather than ours.
How long we keep things
Your enquiry stays in our email the way any business correspondence does, so that we have a record of the job and can help if you come back to us later. If you would rather we deleted it, ask and we will.
Children
This site is for people arranging work on a bathroom. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Asking us about your information
If you want to know what we hold, or want it corrected or deleted, call us at 800-564-7767 or write to us at 3513 Avenue S., Brooklyn, NY 11234. Tell us roughly when you contacted us and we will find it.
Changes to this policy
If we add something to this site that collects more than is described here, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
