Three generations on from a small glass and mirror shop in New York City, still working out of the same Brooklyn premises, still measuring and installing every job with our own crews.
Get a Free QuoteIt started with our founder and great grandfather, Steven Chustckie, who opened a small glass and mirror replacement company in New York City in 1931. He spent his working life trying to improve on the methods and the tools — not for its own sake, but because it made the job better for the person paying for it.
Three generations later the company has grown into one of the largest frameless shower door companies serving the United States, and the thing he was chasing has not changed. Total customer satisfaction has always been, and still is, the first and foremost goal here. We are pleased and always appreciative to be at your service.

A glass and mirror shop in New York City
Steven Chustckie opens a small glass and mirror replacement company, working on whatever the city needed replaced — and, by every account that has come down to us, forever fiddling with the tools and methods to do it better.
- Since
Three generations of the same family
The business passed from the founder to his children and to theirs. It has never left the family, and it has never left Brooklyn — the shop on Avenue S is still where the glass is cut.
- Today
