Here at ABC,  customer satisfaction is a priority.  A big concern of customers is weather the shower doors will leak water.  There are a few necessary steps a contractor needs to take to help us ensure that the doors wont leak.

First, all saddles and ledges should be level left to right and have a 5 degree pitch toward the drain.  This will ensure that water running down the glass will roll back into the shower and not out onto the floor.  It will also eliminate pooling of water which can cause mold and mildew.  Second, all shower heads including body sprays should not be pointed at seams in the glass or directly at hardware.  Hinges have small spaces for the moving parts and direct sprays of water may cause leaks.  This is easily fixed by re-directing the flow of water away from such areas.  By following these 2 points, you can be assured the doors wont leak.
